a mixed experience

unwelcoming receptionistold beach beds

the reception staff were not cute when i arrived. we received many papers, including one to absolve the hotel if problems arose. also, a sheet said not to reserve beach beds and staff would remove towels. beach beds were too close together, and they were old. the sliding wardrobe doors required two hands to slide. i was disappointed in the state of the facilities.

My experience here was wonderful. The room was immaculate, a haven of cleanliness and comfort. I loved the meticulous attention of the housekeeping staff. Our beautiful room had great decor. It had an amazing view of the west coast. The beds provided comfort. The rooms stayed super clean because of twice-daily service. Tea and coffee were available in the room.

The staff always offered friendly and professional service. They were great. Check-in occurred quickly. I was offered a drink upon arrival. I found the bar staff to be awesome, ready to create custom drinks.
